Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
🚨 Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is not covered. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.
2. How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at winteraofficial@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt and the RAN.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided via email. Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost items during transit.
🚨 For U.S. Customers: Due to the high cost of shipping, free returns do not include shipping costs, and return shipping is not covered.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (processing times may vary depending on the payment method).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
4. Exchanges
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm availability before returning the original item.
- Process: Follow the return procedure above and specify the item you wish to receive in exchange. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
